The tablets are administered orally by swallowing; no fasting is required before administration, and administration with food increases bioavailability. The standard treatment dose for adult dogs and cats is 5 mg/kg praziquantel and 50 mg/kg fenbendazole, which is practically equivalent to 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight (half a tablet for a 5 kg cat), and is repeated every 3 months for routine control. In suckling kittens, cats under 6 months of age, clinical worm infestations, and cases of Giardia and Aelurostrongylus, this dose should be administered daily for 3 consecutive days. In weaned and lactating dogs, for Toxocara control, administration is done for 3 consecutive days, and this regimen is repeated every 2 weeks from 2 weeks to 12 weeks of age. It should not be used in pregnant dogs up to day 39 and in pregnant cats; it is contraindicated in cats younger than 8 weeks and dogs younger than 2 weeks or weighing less than 0.5 kg.
