100 mg Vitamin B1 and 10 mg Vitamin B6
It is administered by intramuscular (i.m.), subcutaneous (s.c.) or slow intravenous (i.v.) route in all target species. Unless otherwise recommended by the veterinarian, depending on the intended use and the ration composition; daily dosages are as follows; Cattle-Go-Horse 400 kg 10-20 ml Bovine-Heifer 200 kg 5-10 ml Sheep-Goat 100 kg 2,5 -5 ml Cat-Dog 5 kg 1- 2 ml Pharmacological dosage: For cattle, horse, sheep and goats, it should be calculated as 2,5 – 5 mg/kg l.w. Vitamin B1, and 0,25 -0,5 mg/kg l.w. Vitamin B6. In practice, the dosage can be determined by calculation of 0,25 – 5 ml product per 10 kg live weight for bovine, and 1-2 ml product per 5 kg live weight for cats and dogs. For newborn animals, the administration may be initiated 24 hours after parturition. It may be administered once or twice a day depending on the recommendation of veterinarian. The administration may be continued as long as the treatment is deemed necessary.
It is intended for cattle, sheep, goats, cats and dogs for the treatment and supporting the treatment of diseases caused by Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCL) and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) deficiencies, prevention of decreased productivity due to the deficiencies of these vitamins, anemia, growth and development arrest, intoxication caused by the plants containing thiaminase enzyme, vitamin B deficiencies due to intake of raw fish, and possible Vitamin B1 deficiency due to antagonisms that may occur after administration of amprolium, central and peripheral nervous system-related disorders, traumas, dermatological disorders such as dry scurfy dermatitis, and metabolic diseases. It is also indicated to support the main treatment for acute, subacute and chronic infections, recovery period, digestive disorders, diseases such as enzootic ataxia, young animal pregnancies and newborn diarrhea, rumen acidosis and alkalosis, disorders and infections related to the gastrointestinal tract.
